Voyage of the Dawn Treader Everyone is invited to watch Voyage of the Dawn Treader this Sunday, December 19, at the Rave. Movie time is 3:50 PM. Meet in the lobby at 3:30 PM. Year’s End Party We’re celebrating the end of the year with students from Crosswalk, Chenal Valley, University and National Park churches Wednesday, December 29, 7-11:30 PM. Drop off/pick up your teen at Crosswalk Family of God (10600 Colonel Glenn Dr, Little Rock). Our teens are asked to bring 2 bags of chips. Friends don’t need to bring anything. Voyage of the Dawn Treader (December 19) We’re planning to see Voyage of the Dawn Treader together Sunday, December 19, at the Rave. It looks like the movie time will be 2:30 PM. I’ll let you know if that changes. Meet at the Rave at 2:00 PM. I’ll be out front. Students are responsible for purchasing their own tickets. The movie is about 2 hours long, so we should be done between 4:30-4:45 PM. Parents are certainly welcome to join us for the movie. Tomorrow is the deadline for bringing bicycles for David O’Dodd Elementary. Bicycles can be any size and in any condition. Recycle Bikes for Kids will refurbish the bikes we collect as well as donate an additional 25 bicycles to make available to families who need them. Bring the bikes to the Nichols Building roll-up door on the back side of the building. You can leave them outside that door.  Families from David O’Dodd will pick up bicycles the week of December 13. This is a great way to get rid of bikes you have been storing and help our neighbors at Dodd! See Chad Nall for more information.

We’re celebrating the end of one year and the beginning of another with a HUGE party with friends from Crosswalk Family of God, University Church of Christ, National Park Church of Christ and Chenal Valley Church. Students are encourged to invite their friends. The party will be at Crosswalk on Wednesday, December 29, from 7-11:30PM. There will be a dodge ball tournament for 6-8th graders and 9-12th graders. Winning team in each division receives $100. Students may for teams of 5 that include at least two girls on the team. Teams sign up at the door. There will also be ping pong, X-Box360 Kinect FIFA soccer, cornhole and spades tournaments with prizes. Karaoke, board games, video games and snacks food are all part of the night.
