AGAPE’S PROMISE is a ministry to anyone who is  homeless.  Our intent is to walk with a person to a healthy place in life where she/he will have a healthy spiritual life; permanent, safe, healthy living situation; sound mental health (if possible); a support group or relationship to help sustain a healthy life; and a sustainable job.

Angola Mission

Little Rock Church oversees and supports Jordan Yarbrough in Angola.  She is a part of a team that will begin their ministry in the later part of 2010.  She is currently in language school in Portugal.

David O. Dodd Elementary

LRC is a partner in education with David O. Dodd Elementary.  We provide school supplies, help with the “Back to School Bash,” book fair, tutoring, and specific projects around the school.  If you would like to help with the school supplies and uniform drive this summer please click on this link, “Back to School Bash.”

Fixn’ Things Upward

Our purpose is to serve others in the community who need small repairs or services, including the elderly, poor, infirmed, disabled, and others who don’t have the means to do their own household repairs.  This ministry welcomes the service of any men at Little Rock Church (and anywhere else) who have the “handyman” gift and tools to do such work.

Food for the Hungry

Every other Monday members of the Little Rock Church and friends prepare a meal for 160+ people and prepare and give out 130 boxes of groceries.  People from all walks of life face hard financial times in their life.  Our desire is to share with them the love of Christ during this very difficult time.

Home Away from Home

Home Away From Home is a non-profit ministry to cancer patients and their caregivers who must reside in Little Rock while receiving bone-marrow transplants and other cancer treatments at the Arkansas Cancer Research Center.

Hope’s Embrace

Little Rock Church believes that Orphan Care is a calling for all believers. Hope’s Embrace seeks to equip and encourage those who are serving the fatherless through adoption, foster care, or orphan care and to call the body to further serve orphaned and vulnerable children.
